Thank you for visiting and shopping at LondonMichelle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days but shipping may take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 20 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

LondonMichelle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 


*Please note the check out price does not include custom fees, taxes, and duties. We use USPS for international shipping.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (1-3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

After your order has been processed, we will package and ship your order. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy times like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

 

Once the order is processed we are unable to change the address and we will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
