Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier.

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with household members or neighbors

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order is handed to the carrier

International customers are responsible for all customs fees and regulations in their country.

Once an order has shipped, address changes are not permitted.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed
