Q: How much hair oil should I use?

That’s a very good question, and only your hair knows the answer! The amount of hair oil needed ranges from 1-3 drops per section depending on the texture, thickness, length, and condition of the head of hair in question. 

Q: How do I incorporate LondonMichelle Hair Oil into my routine?

This product is versatile and can be used for daily routine, weekly scalp treatment, can be added to hair conditioner and applied to the length of hair. We recommend using our oil 3-4 times a week for best results.

Q: Is it best to use hair oil on wet or dry hair?

It depends on the result you’re seeking. Applying oil on wet hair will nourish and protect the hair from frizz, allow for easy detangling and heat protectant before blow drying. Applying oil to dry hair keeps hair hydrated without a greasy texture, reduces breakage and frizziness caused by dryness, adds shine, protects hair and scalp from ultraviolet light (UV) and debris.

Q: I’m air-drying my hair, can I use this oil?

Absolutely! Once the hair is dry, just add a few drops of oil into the palm of your hand, rub your hands together (Prayer hands) and smooth the product from roots to ends. 

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow 48-72 hours to have your order processed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email, a tracking number will be assigned and it will appear in your order information. You can then track your order with the tracking number.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Shipping time in the US generally takes anywhere between 4-6 business days, depending on where it’s going. For International orders it may take a little longer.
