At London Michelle, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order hair care products. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees and regulations in their country.
Once an order has shipped, address changes are not permitted.
Order Cancellations

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products:

Our hair oils are made to order and are considered personal care products. For hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged

We do not accept returns once an order has shipped

Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse

The customer is responsible for any loss in value

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable)
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
📦 Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, London Michelle is not responsible for delivery issues, theft, or damage.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders
We are not responsible for packages that are:

Returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Undeliverable by the carrier

If you notice an address error after placing your order, email us immediately at info@LondonMichelle.shop.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address and are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
To comply with Shopify Payments and PayPal policies:
